The short version
No code, no charge. If the SMS never arrives, your money goes straight back to your TrueSMS wallet — automatically, with no support ticket needed.
Every order has a 15-minute window. If no SMS arrives in that window, the order is cancelled, the number is released, and the full amount is credited back to your wallet.
You can cancel an order yourself from the SMS page if no code has arrived yet. The refund lands in your wallet immediately.
Once a verification code has been delivered to you, the order is fulfilled and cannot be refunded — even if the destination service later rejects or bans the number, or if you entered the code late. Choosing the wrong service or country at checkout is also not refundable once a code is delivered.
Wallet top-ups are credit for buying codes on TrueSMS and are non-withdrawable. If a payment is debited but your balance does not update within 5 minutes, contact support with the payment reference and we will reconcile it.
Duplicate charges caused by a payment error are credited to your wallet in full. If a payment fails at the provider, no funds leave your account.
Wallet refunds are instant. Because refunds are returned as wallet credit, there is no bank processing delay.
