TrueSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers used to receive one-time SMS verification codes. Each number is disposable and intended for a single verification on the service you selected at checkout.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Purchases are paid from your TrueSMS wallet. Prices are shown before you confirm an order and are based on live provider availability, so they can change at any time. Wallet funds are credit for use on TrueSMS and are not a bank deposit; they carry no interest.
You may not use TrueSMS for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, bypassing bans, money laundering, or any activity that is illegal where you live. You may not resell access, scrape the platform, or attempt to overload or reverse-engineer it.
Numbers are shared infrastructure rented from our providers. You do not own the number, it cannot be reserved for later reuse, and we cannot guarantee that a specific service will accept any specific number.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. In short: if no code arrives, you get your money back to your wallet automatically.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity. Unused wallet credit on a terminated account may be forfeited where the breach involves fraud or chargeback abuse.
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard on uptime and delivery speed but cannot guarantee that every service, country, or code will always be available. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
